For the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) service within our Employment & Recovery Services, clinical integration is a vital part of the work we do. Working together with mental health services, we ensure wrap around support for our clients' recovery journey, and journey into paid, sustainable employment.

Black Country chosen as pilot area for innovative new scheme to help people into work

Thousands of people across the Black Country with health conditions and disabilities are set to be supported to find or retain employment to boost their wellbeing, thanks to a new national scheme that will be piloted in the Black Country.

Sandwell Jobs Fair back for our second event of 2024!

After two successful jobs fairs in 2023, and a recent success in April 2024, the Sandwell IPS team are back at the West Bromwich Library on the 20th June 2024 with another event which promises to be even better. Expect our usual - local employers, live vacancies and job opportunities plus lots of local candidates to match with available roles. Last week saw another great jobs fair hosted by the Sandwell IPS Team, and this time more successful than ever. Over 150 job seekers walked through the doors of the Smethwick Youth and Community Centre on the 9th April, where 22 employers with live, local vacancies joined the team to meet potential candidates.
