The very first Walsall IPS Jobs Fair took place last week, with a huge turnout of 206 job seekers and 40 exhibitors, of which over 20 were employers with live vacancies. Also in attendance were St Christopher’s foster carers, training providers NIS & Embark, local employment and recovery services and Smart Works.
The Thrive into Work Employment Service and Neurodiversity Service are now open for anyone of working age to access. Clients can now be referred once they reach the age of 16 and over, allowing even greater access to the employment service.

The IPS team in Wolverhampton attended the Lea Road Celebration Event, having worked with project coordinator, Daniel Holmes to raise awareness of the employment services we provide to the community.
Bridge Project participant, Leah, secured a full time role with Action Heart, with the support of Vocational Specialist Hannah.
