Talking Therapies Employment Advisor
Supporting service users with common mental health problems to gain, return to or retain employment. The role will involve working directly with Jobcentre Plus, employers, trade unions and employment agencies to keep people in employment and secure employment opportunities.
Talking Therapies Senior Employment Advisor (Walsall)
Managing a team of Employment Advisors that are co-located in Talking Therapy Services across the Black Country, and carry their own small caseload of people and provide support to overcome barriers to gain, sustain and retain work.
Vocational Specialist
Supporting a caseload of clients with mental health and other health conditions to to provide pre-employment support for our client group who are furthest away from the job market and help to move them closer to employment, in the hope that these achievements aid individuals’ recovery.
Employment Retention Worker
Supporting individuals to retain their employment if they are off sick or at risk of losing their job.
Loneliness and Social Isolation Specialist
To contribute to reducing loneliness and isolation across the Black Country by supporting with service information, signposting, developing support groups, support with health & well-being and to help integrate into Community services.
UKSPF Vocational Specialist
Providing employment and vocational support for our client group who are furthest away from the job market to move them closer to employment, in the hope that these achievements aid individuals’ recovery.
