We provide a free recruitment service to employers. We can provide:

  • Great candidates matched to your vacant positions

  • Vocational Specialists available to offer support throughout the recruitment process

  • Tailored, follow-on support once a client starts work

  • Free access to the service – no agency fees or commissions

Our team of IPS and Retention Employment Specialists are on hand to suport you. We offer:

  • Support to both the client and employer to ensure the return to work process is successful for all parties

  • Education and/or training for your staff in mental health and wellbeing to encourage a productive workforce
