NHS Charities Together – Supporting employees and communities through the pandemic
To mark the launch of the NHS Big Tea, research was released showing that an estimated 60,000 NHS workers could be living with post-traumatic stress as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, showcasing how NHS charities are helping thanks to dedicated psychological support projects.
To help this work to continue, and go even further for staff, as well as continue to vital community health projects, the public (of which 78% say NHS staff still need our help and support) are encouraged to take part in the NHS Big Tea on Tuesday 5th July.
You can read the full press release in the NHS Charities Together newsroom here and get involved with your very own NHS Big Tea by visiting https://www.nhsbigtea.co.uk
