Thrive into Work with Black Country Xtra

The Black Country Job Support continue to support community hour at Black Country Xtra, with Andy & Sarah from the Thrive into Work teams the latest to attend the local radio station.

Andy, team leader for the Thrive into Work Neurodiversity Service and Sarah, from the Thrive into Work Dudley & Walsall team took to the radio to raise awareness of what is available in the local community, including the support the Thrive into Work Employment services offer.

Sarah and Andy spoke about their journeys and how they find themselves working for the service. In conversation with Black Country Xtra’s Billy, the pair discuss the support available and how to access the service. Thrive into Work is client led, and vocational specialists work one to one with clients to achieve their employment goals and aspirations. In addition, retention workers can help individuals to return to work or stay in their current employment.

Billy invited Sarah and Andy back to update Black Country Radio listeners to hear more, and you can listen again to the interview on Wednesday 8th January at 6pm!
