The Wolverhampton IPS & Retention team have been working tirelessly to build great relationships across the borough, supporting clients to achieve their employment & recovery goals through collaborative working and partnerships.

The team’s regular Network Meeting, led by Employment Retention Worker, Michelle, and IPS Team Lead for Wolverhampton, Laura, brings together organisations, support services and useful resources in order to help health and social care professionals fully support individuals. With themes ranging from cost of living crisis, to mental health support, the meeting spotlights the organisations supporting residents of Wolverhampton in many different ways.

Laura’s team also work with local partners to deliver an end to end employment & recovery journey. These partners offer tailored training, interview and job opportunities, as well as specific support for the most vulnerable. What the video below as Laura shares how the team work together with partners to help individuals to gain and retain employment.
