The Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team provides one to one support in individuals looking to find sustainable, paid employment. Not only do the team support with CVs, applications, interviews, but they also engage with suitable employers, to match the right candidates to the right roles.
This September, the Walsall IPS team will be leading our next jobs fair, hosting the event at The Crossing at St Paul's, a brilliant venue at the heart of Walsall. The team are already planning for local employers who can attend, and we're taking on board feedback and covering even more sectors than previously.
