Bridge Project participant, Leah, secured a full time role with Action Heart, with the support of Vocational Specialist Hannah.

Over several months, Hannah and Leah worked together on Leah’s career goals, confidence, personal development and independence. During her time with the project, Leah volunteered with the organisation and her growing confidence and sense of purpose lead to this amazing opportunity. Leah continues to focus on her future career and own wellbeing as well as her incredible success.
