The IPS team in Wolverhampton attended the Lea Road Celebration Event, having worked with project coordinator, Daniel Holmes to raise awareness of the employment services we provide to the community.
Daniel says,
“Working in partnership with the NHS is a brilliant link for our project to provide information and sign posting on how they can get further help.
The project prides itself on being a central community hub in ensuring people who are vulnerable and isolated get the support and guidance they need to feel a part of the community both local and city wide.
The links we have made with the NHS employment support means that through our voluntary programme people ca reach new potentials that they may not have been aware of prior to stepping foot into our community building.
Multi agency working within the city is key to having a fruitful and growing society that works together, breaking down barriers and differences that, instead of dividing us, can bring us together”
