We’re excited to share the brand-new WorkWell animation, bringing to life the initiative designed to support thousands of people across the BlackCountry with health conditions and disabilities to find, remain in, or return to meaningful employment. WorkWell is part of a national pilot, led locally by Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, with the aim of removing barriers linked to health and wellbeing that can make work feel out of reach.
The animation highlights how WorkWell’s team of trained Work and Health Coaches offer personalised, light-touch support tailored to individual needs from confidence building and interview skills, to workplace adjustments and rights in employment. Whether someone is seeking their first job after illness, returning after a period away, or thriving but needing extra support to stay in work, this service is here to help every step of the way.
By weaving together health, employment and community support, WorkWell champions the idea that good work is good for health. The animation celebrates real impact, real journeys and real futures and we invite everyone across our communities to watch, share, and refer to WorkWell today.
